Batimat apartments are of a high standard with brand new interior which will make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied.
Apartment 5+2 extends over two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen with dining room, batroom and terrace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

PRICE LIST

  • Resident tax - not included in the price and paid in the amount of 10.00 kn (ca. 1.40 eur) per person per day. Children 12-18 years pay 50% of the amount, children up to 12 years do not pay the residence tax.
  • The rental price includes bed linen (changed every 7 days), towels (if necessary), energy, air conditioning, use of pool and bicycles, parking.
  • Extra bed / extra person - charged in the amount of 10.00 eur / day.
  • Final cleaning: charged in the amount of 40.00 euros if guests do not leave the apartment clean.
  • Pets: not allowed.
  • Advance payment: To confirm the reservation, a 30% advance payment of the total net amount of the stay is required. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before arrival at our accommodation.
  • Payment: Cash, bank transaction.
