Batimat apartments are of a high standard with a brand new interior which will make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied.
The apartment for the disabled is fully adapted for people with disabilities.
It is located on the ground floor and includes a living room that includes a kitchen and dining room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

  • Number of persons: 2+2 (1 bedroom + living room with 2 extra beds).

PRICE LIST

  • Resident tax - not included in the price and paid in the amount of 10.00 kn (ca. 1.40 eur) per person per day. Children 12-18 years pay 50% of the amount, children up to 12 years do not pay the residence tax.
  • The rental price includes bed linen (changed every 7 days), towels (if necessary), energy, air conditioning, use of pool and bicycles, parking.
  • Extra bed / extra person - charged in the amount of 10.00 eur / day.
  • Final cleaning: charged in the amount of 40.00 euros if guests do not leave the apartment clean.
  • Pets: not allowed.
  • Advance payment: To confirm the reservation, a 30% advance payment of the total net amount of the stay is required. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before arrival at our accommodation.
  • Payment: Cash, bank transaction.
